I have had the pleasure of working with Amber as part of a team tasked with reviewing Her Majesty’s Government of Gibraltar’s Dignity at Work Policy, following the introduction of the Employment (Bullying At Work) Act 2014.

Amber led the team during our working sessions in a friendly and diligent manner. The team worked collaboratively and industriously in a relaxed atmosphere, accomplished thanks to Amber’s great managerial skills.

Her contributions to discussions of a legal nature were invaluable, constantly reminding us of the need for the Policy to concur with the Act and presenting views based on her wealth of experience in dealing with employment cases.

Quite importantly, Amber also added an extra dimension to the Policy by annexing valuable information concerning the human issues related to bullying in the workplace.

The vastly improved Dignity at Work Policy, with Amber at the helm, is testimony of her professionalism, her sense of doing her work well and thoroughly and never losing sight of the human element as an important aspect of the overall review.
