Amber Law Speaks At European Holistic Justice Conference

15 July 2014

In March 2014 the Founder of Amber Law, Barrister and Acting Solicitor Amber Turner BSc (Hons) LLM and Solicitor Fiona Young attended a Holistic Justice Conference at the Baha'i Conference Centre in De Poort Holland.  Here, both professionals and academics in the field of Law discussed issues of inequality in areas such as human rights law, employment law and family law. Amber and Fiona created an interactive Workshop on 'Gender Inequality' which was very well attended. The Workshop focused on the creative solutions available to overcome inequality not just at work but in all areas of life.

Exchanging Ideas

Guest speakers such as Wendi Momen a U.K. lay Judge in the Family Court and Governor of the London School of Economics, gave talks to the attendees. The experience was "inspiring" and Amber and Fiona were able to network, "exchange ideas and dialogue with like-minded professionals from all over the globe".
